Blo Salon follows all CDC and Arkansas Dept of Health Guidelines. ALL clients upon entering the salon MUST wear a mask, fill out paperwork and sanitize hands. All clients must maintain at least 6 feet apart. All retail products will only be handled by salon staff, please ask for assistance. We appreciate your cooperation.
Blo Salon's cancellation policy is a 24 hour notice given and received by the Blo Staff member performing the service. Failure to comply within the 24 hr notice may result in loss of any deposits and tendering future appointment deposits.
ALL no-show clients will be required to pay in full their next booked appointment and their missed appointment.
Blo Salon strives to provide the best services available for our clients and their needs. Upon the receiving of a unsatisfied service, it is the clients responsibility to inform the stylist BEFORE leaving the salon. The stylist will inform the client of options at that time. Should the client become aware of an issue after leaving the salon, the client has 48 hours of completion of service to notify the salon.
Blo Salon reserves the rights to refuse any child service due to the child's behavior. It is the parent's responsibility to ensure that their child acts appropriately. NO child under 16 years old may be left without parent in the salon.
Blo Salon offers a 2 day return policy on all retail products with usage of less than 10%.
